Bishop Curtis R. Crawford

Bishop Curtis Crawford was raised in New York City by his grandmother the late Jonnie Mae Crawford at a early age he gave his heart to the Lord on July 7th 1997 at the Holy Tabernacle church located at 407 east 114th st in NYC at the age of 19 where Bishop Carl J Graham is the pastor. Bishop Crawford has been ministering and teaching the word of God since the age of 25 yrs old the original name of the ministry was called Healing and Deliverance Ministries. In 2003 Bishop Crawford got his first start when he joined Greater Zion Deliverance Tabernacle of the Apostolic Faith where he served under the leadership of Bishop Terry J Cooper Sr. There he served as Elder, Youth Pastor, and Chief Administrator to the Bishop. In 2008 Bishop Crawford joined worshipers Assembly where he served faithfully under the leadership of Bishop Eric E. Brown Sr in 2010 through much prayer

Bishop Crawford decided to change the name of the ministry in 2011 with much consideration Bishop Eric E. Brown saw fit to place Elder Crawford into the office of interim pastor on June 12 2012 healing through worship ministries was officially established.

Healing Through Worship Ministries believes that in order for God to heal we must have faith in him knowing that he possesses the power to heal the sick and deliver them that are in need according to Matthew 10:8. Bishop Crawford believes in standing on the word of God and that we all need to have the mind of Christ according to Philippians 2:5, he also believes that a church that prays for one another will also remain unified according to Ephesians 4:3. Currently Bishop Crawford oversees 3 other Ministries along with his own church, Healing Through Worship Ministries Bronx, New York; New day ministries under the leadership of Elder Robert V Crawford Bronx, NY, Shekinah Glory Ministries under the leadership of Executive Pastor Shimari Woodward Bronx, NY. Bishop Crawford is truly a dynamic and visionary leader.

In October of 2015 Bishop Crawford became a certified Chaplain through the Bronx Clergy United Chaplaincy Program which is associated with the N.Y.P.D in 2016.

Bishop Crawford also works along with Bishop Joshua Snyder where he serves as the Northeast Regional Presiding Prelate and the 1st Jurisdictional Administrative Assistant for the Greater New Life International Church and the now Believers Arise Fellowship International. Bishop Crawford also works along with his spiritual covering, Apostle/ Presiding Prelate Bishop Joseph C. Artis Jr.
